ENACT
The ENACT project was designed to provide an integrated regional innovation support system for rural enterprise development in the South-East. Business development needs of twenty participant companies were identified and a Business Development Coach was allocated to each company on the basis of individual development needs. Four Learning Sets were established where an experienced Learning Set Facilitator encourages self-learning, problem evaluation and solution generation from within the Learning Set group. These panels of Business Development Coaches and Learning Set Facilitators have been trained under a 'Train of Trainer' initiative.
